摘　　要：肥胖显著增加心血管疾病的风险与负担,减重手术能有效、稳定地控制体重,改善代谢紊乱。同时多项临床研究表明减重手术可明显改善代谢综合征,减少动脉粥样硬化斑块与心肌梗死,缓解心力衰竭,减轻心血管炎症,最终减少心血管事件与病死率。现对减重手术对心血管系统的保护效应的研究进展做一综述。Obesity is inextricably linked with elevated risk of cardiovascular disease and load.Bariatric surgery demonstrates the most encouraging results for effective and stable weight loss,improvement of dysfunction in metabolism.Meanwhile,several clinical studies found that the bariatric surgery improved metabolic syndrome,reduced atherosclerotic plaque and myocardial infarction,relieved heart failure,reduced cardiovascular inflammation,and ultimately reduced cardiovascular events and mortality.This review will focus on advances of cardiovascular protective effect of bariatric surgery.
