摘 要:在极浓体系下,通过添加卤化钠NaX(X为F,Cl,Br)合成了一系列ZSM-5分子筛,采用SEM、TEM、XRF、N2吸附-脱附、Py-FTIR和NH3-TPD对合成样品进行表征,在常压、温度为723K、质量空速为9.78h^(-1)的条件下,通过微型固定床反应器评价催化剂对甲醇制丙烯(MTP)反应的催化性能。结果表明:NaX的添加能够提高ZSM-5分子筛的MTP催化性能;合成的NaBr-ZSM-5分子筛具有较好的MTP催化活性;添加NaF和NaBr能够合成纳米ZSM-5聚集体,NaBrZSM-5分子筛的一次纳米晶粒更小,介孔体积更大;较大的外比表面积和较大介孔体积有利于提高MTP反应的催化活性。In extremely concentrated system,a series of ZSM-5 zeolites were synthesized by adding Na halides,NaX(X=F,Cl,Br)and characterized by SEM,TEM,N 2 adsorption-desorption,Py-FTIR and NH 3-TPD.Their catalytic properties for MTP were tested in a fixed-bed micro-reactor under the conditions of atmosphere pressure,723 K and WHSV 9.78 h-1.The results showed that the addition of NaX improves the activities of ZSM-5 zeolites for MTP,among which NaBr-ZSM-5 zeolite exhibites the best performance;the nano-sized ZSM-5 aggregates can be obtained by adding NaF and NaBr,while NaBr-ZSM-5 zeolite has the smallest nanocrystal size with larger mesopore volume and external surface area,which is helpful to improve the activity for MTP reaction
