摘  要:在实验室对SAPO-11,ZSM-5,MCM-41等分子筛进行适当改性,制造了4种加氢降凝催化剂。以轻脱沥青油加氢处理生成油为原料,考察4种催化剂及其组合对目标产品150BS光亮油性质的影响。结果表明,在目标产物收率和质量相近的情况下,不同的催化剂组合可以将150BS光亮油的浊点降低到-10℃以下。Four hydrodewaxing catalysts were made from modified SAPO-11,ZSM-5 and MCM-41 molecular sieves.Using hydrotreated DAO as feedstock,the four catalysts and two different combinations of two different catalysts were tested in pilot plant to investigate the impact of catalysts on the cloud point of 150BS.The results showed that the combinations of different catalysts can reduce the cloud point of 150BS to below-10℃at similar target product yield and qualities.
