长江经济带区域绿色持续创新能力的差异性研究

摘　　要：文章构建较为全面的区域绿色持续创新能力评价指标体系,使用因子分析、多维尺度分析、聚类分析和方差分析技术,测算2005-2015年各省市的区域绿色持续创新能力,全面展示长江经济带各地区绿色持续创新能力的区域聚集情况与差异性水平。研究结果表明:长江经济带可划分为高、中、低三个群组,大部分地区的绿色持续创新能力低于全国平均水平;长江上、中、下游的区域绿色持续创新能力存在显著差异;区域绿色持续创新投入能力、成果转化能力、效益实现能力和环境支撑能力四个维度均能显著促进区域绿色持续创新能力,而发展能力则显著负向影响区域绿色持续创新能力。This paper builds a more comprehensive evaluation index system of regional green sustainable innovation capability,and measures the green sustainable innovation capability from 2005 to 2015.Then,the paper,applying factor analysis,multidimensional scaling,cluster analysis and analysis of variance,fully demonstrates regional congregation situation and differences of green sustainable innovation capability in the Yangtze River Economic Belt.The results show that:The regional green sustainable innovation capability of the Yangtze River Economic Belt can be divided into high,medium and low groups,and most regions have a lower level than the national average;There are significant differences in the green sustainable innovation capability in the upper,middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River;The four dimensions,including regional green sustainable innovation input capability,achievements transformation capability,benefits realization capability and environmental supporting capability,significantly promote regional green sustainable innovation capability,whereas the development capability has a significant negative impact on the regional green sustainable innovation capability.
