摘 要:外派适应是影响员工达成其外派目标的关键因素,良好的外派适应意味着外派人员快速适应东道国的工作和生活环境进而迅速开展工作,而适应不良则意味着员工不能顺利完成外派目标,导致过早归国。随着当前中国跨国公司纷纷跨出国门,学术界对外派适应的研究也越来越重视。文章在明确和梳理外派适应概念及理论的基础上,对"以外派人员为中心"、"多利益相关者泛中心"和"以工作为中心"这三个阶段的研究进行了全面回顾,在探讨现有研究不足的基础上,对未来研究方向做出了展望。Expatriate adjustment is a key factor affecting expatriated employees to achieve their goals.Good expatriate adjustment means expatriated employees quickly adjust themselves to the host country s working and living environment and then quickly carry out their work.However,maladjustment means that expatriated employees could not successfully complete their assigned tasks which would result in their premature return.With the increasing steps of Chinese multinational companies international business activities,more and more importance has be attached to the research on expatriate adjustment in the academic circle.Based on clarifying the concept and theories of expatriate adjustment,this paper sorts out systematically the literature of expatriate adjustment from the three stages of“expatriates-centred”,“multi-stakeholders pan center”and“work-centered”respectively,and then puts forward some future research directions following discussions of current research problems.
