摘  要:针对EPON中的动态带宽分配问题,提出一种介于在线动态带宽分配算法和离线动态带宽分配算法之间的中间算法。基于交叉轮询停止并对上行信道中的传输采用不同的周期定时控制,即根据上行信道负载情况工作在两种模式:在低负载时,算法切换到在线动态带宽分配算法模式,在高负载时,切换到离线动态带宽分配算法模式;工作模式的切换分别根据传入给OLT的上行带宽请求。这样能消除离线动态带宽分配算法中存在的空闲时间,实现剩余带宽公平地在全部高负载ONU之间的分配。仿真结果表明,相比于具有自适应周期时间的交叉轮询算法和离线动态带宽分配算法,该算法在字节丢失率和平均接入时延性能方面有明显提高。College of Information Engineering,Zhengzhou University,Zhengzhou 450002,China)Abstract:Aiming at the dynamic bandwidth allocation problem in EPON,an intermediate algorithm between the online and the offline dynamic bandwidth allocation algorithm was proposed.The proposed algorithm based on interleaved polling with stop and used a different period timing control for transmission in upstream channel,and it worked in two modes according to the load of the upstream channel.In the low load,the proposed algorithm switched to the online dynamic bandwidth allocation algorithm mode.In the high load,it switched to the offline dynamic bandwidth allocation algorithm mode.The working mode changed respectively according to the incoming upstream bandwidth demands to the OLT.The idle time in the offline dynamic bandwidth allocation algorithm was then eliminated,and the excess bandwidth fairly among highly loaded ONUs was distributed.The distribution of the remaining bandwidth fairly among all highly loaded ONU was achieved.Simulation results show that the performances in the byte loss rate and average access delay are significantly improved using the proposed algorithm compared with interleaved polling with adaptive cycle time and offline dynamic bandwidth allocation algorithm.
