摘  要:熔融石英陶瓷的注凝成型是以熔融石英陶瓷粉末为原料,丙烯酰胺(AM)为有机单体、N-N'亚基丙烯酰胺(MBAM)为交联剂,引发剂为过硫酸胺(APS),pH调节剂为乳酸,制备成熔融石英陶瓷的一种新型胶态成型工艺。注凝成型工艺受到各种因素的影响,如固相含量、单体含量和单体与引发剂的比率、料浆的pH的值、烧结温度、是否添加助剂等。为了制备出性能优越的石英陶瓷,需经过不断探索和改进注凝成型工艺,综合考虑各种影响因素,制备具有更好性能的石英陶瓷。The gelcasting of fused silica ceramics is a new type of colloidal forming process to prepare fused silica ceramics with the fused silica ceramics powder as the raw material,acrylamide(AM)as the organic monomer,N-N subunits acrylamide(MBAM)as crosslinking agent,ammonium sulfate(APS)as initiator,lactic acid as pH regulator.It was influenced by various factors,such as solid content,monomer content,the ratio of monomer to initiator,pH value of slurry,sintering temperature and whether to add additives.In order to produce superior performance of quartz ceramic,it is necessary to continuously explore and improve the injection process,take various influencing factors into consideration.
