摘  要:研究了亚麻胶胶囊剂的制备及崩解时限。以亚麻胶粉为原料,将亚麻胶与辅料混合,经研磨、过筛,以干法制粒灌成胶囊剂后,采用单因素试验和正交试验对亚麻胶胶囊剂崩解时限进行研究。结果表明:淀粉、滑石粉等辅料的加入,测得最佳崩解时限工艺条件为m_(亚麻胶)∶m_(淀粉)=1∶3,m_(淀粉)∶m_(滑石粉)=3∶1,研磨时间30 min,亚麻胶胶囊剂的崩解时限为119 s,达到中国药典关于胶囊剂的要求,为亚麻胶产品的利用开辟了一条科学合理、简单方便的新途径。Flax gum capsule preparation and disintegration time limit was studied.Using flax powder as raw materials,mixing flax gum and auxiliary materials and dry granule were made into capsule,after grinding and sieving.After using single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment on flax gum capsule,disintegrating time was studied.Results showed that with the additions of materials such as starch and talcum powder,the best disintegration time was obtained.The technological conditions were as follows:m(flax gum):m(starch)=1:3,m(starch):m(talcum powder)=3:1,milling time was 30 min,and the disintegration time limit of flaxseed gum capsule was 119 s,which met the requirements of Chinese pharmacopoeia for capsule.It opened up a scientific,reasonable,simple and convenient way for the use of flaxseed gum.
