食品软包装塑料凹版印刷聚氨酯油墨的研制

摘　　要：以醇溶性聚氨酯为连接料,乙酸乙酯、乙醇、硝化棉、聚酮树脂、颜填料为原料制备了用于食品软包装塑料凹版印刷的凹印环保油墨。测试了油墨的细度、黏度、附着力和耐水煮性等性能指标,探讨了醇溶性聚氨酯连接料和溶剂对油墨性能的影响。选择溶剂最佳配比为m(乙醇)∶m(乙酸乙酯)∶m(水)=25∶15∶10时较适宜。醇溶性聚氨酯掺量的不断增加,油墨的附着力逐渐升高;随着乙醇掺量的增加,油墨的细度和黏度逐渐降低,流动性变好。Takingthe alcohol soluble polyurethane as binder,ethyl acetate,ethanol,nitrocellulose,polyketone resin,pigments and fillers were prepared for gravure printing ink for gravure printing plastic soft packaging for food.The performance indexes such as fineness,viscosity,adhesion and boiling resistance of the ink were tested,and the influence of alcohol soluble polyurethane connector and solvent on the performance of ink was discussed.The optimum selection of solvent was m(ethanol):m(ethyl acetate):m(water)=25:15:10.With the increase of the amount of alcohol soluble polyurethane,the adhesion of the ink gradually increased.With the increase of ethanol content,the fineness and viscosity of the ink gradually decreased,and the fluidity became better.
