摘 要:研究了酸碱耦合型萃取剂Cyphos IL104对氯化体系中铜的萃取行为及微观萃取机制,并与Cyphos IL101做对比,分别考察了氯离子浓度、萃取剂浓度对铜萃取影响,研究表明Cyphos IL104比Cyphos IL101具有更好萃取性能;斜率法对表明Cyphos IL104为阴离子配位机理,Cyphos IL101为阳离子交换机理;而反萃实验发现Cyphos IL104存在两种萃取产物;通过紫外-可见光谱、X射线光电子能谱和拉曼光谱研究,结果表明Cyphos IL104为MA_2和R_3R'PCuCl_3两种萃合物共同存,由于两种萃取机理共存,使得Cyphos IL104表现出更好萃取性能。The extraction behavior and mechanism of copper ions by acid-base couple extracant Cyphos IL104 in chloride solution were studied,and a comparison was done with another extractant Cyphos IL101.The extraction behavior of Cu 2+was investigated under different concentration of chloride and extractants.The result showed Cyphos IL104 had a better extractability than Cyphos IL101.Slope analysis indicated that Cyphos IL104 extracted copper ion by anion coordination mechanism,while Cyphos IL101 by cation exchange.The striping research suggested that two different structures of extracted complexes coexisted in the Cyphos IL104 system.The UV-vis spectrum combined with X-ray energy spectrum and Raman spectrum further reveal the formations of MA 2 and R 3 R PCuCl 3 were both in Cyphos IL104.As the coexistence of two extraction mechanisms,the acid-base couple extractant Cyphos IL104 had a better performance on metal extraction.
