摘　　要：主要介绍了国内气相法二氧化硅企业生产中不合格品产生的原因及处理措施,通过对不合格品进行分类,根据分类结果采用不同处理工艺进行处理,主要采取了过滤、分离、脱酸和干燥等处理工艺,处理后的产品经过分类后能够满足不同应用领域的使用要求,使不合格品变废为宝,价值得到提升,并且取得了较好的经济效益,为国内白炭黑生产行业处理不合格品提供了技术支持。The causes and treatment of nonconforming products in domestic fumed silica production were mainly introduced.Through the classification of the unqualified products,different treatment processes were used according to the classification results.The filtration,separation,acid removal and drying process were mainly adopted.The processed products can meet the requirements of different applications after classification,making the unqualified products into treasure,enhancing the value and achieving good economic benefits,which can provide the technical support of unqualified products for domestic silica production processing industry.
