药学本科药物分析的课外科研实践探索

摘　　要：为了提高本科生科研实践能力,药物分析开设课外科研实践项目,进行栀子苷体外肠道菌代谢研究。学生通过文献查阅与分析,制定实验方案,合理安排课外科研实践时间,建立并验证肠道菌群中栀子苷和代谢产物京尼平的高效液相色谱定量方法,对大鼠肠道菌中栀子苷的代谢进行研究。课外科研实践有效的提升了学生自主学习能力和科研思维能力。In order to improve the scientific research abilities of undergraduates,the extracurricular scientific research project on Pharmaceutical Analysis was implemented to investigate the metabolism of geniposide in vitro.Students indexed the related literatures and formed the protocol of the experiment,performing them during their extracurricular time.A high performance liquid chromatographic method was established and validated for the determination of geniposide and its metabolite,genipin in rat intestinal bacteria test solution.The extracurricular scientific research project had an effect on improving abilities of self-learning and critical thinking of students.
