摘  要:以3-甲基-3-丁烯-1-醇和乙酰氯为原料,经酯化和亲电加成串联反应制得乙酸-3-氯-3-甲基丁酯。本实验涉及到低温控温、萃取分离、减压蒸馏、干燥、红外光谱、核磁共振谱和气质联用等操作和分析检测方法。该实验合成路线成熟,反应设备简单,反应条件温和,反应时间短,后处理方便,产物收率高。结合分子结构的谱图解析,既可加深和巩固学生对基础有机化学理论知识的理解和应用,又可提高学生的有机合成实验创新能力。3-chloro-3-methyl butyl acetate was synthesized by esterification and electrophilic addition reaction in series,taking MBOH and acetyl chloride as raw materials.Operations and analysis of temperature control,extraction separation,vacuum distillation,drying,IR,GC-MS and NMR spectroscopies were involved in the experiment.The advantages of the experiment were as follows:the synthetic route was mature,the reaction equipment was simple,the reaction conditions were mild,the reaction time was short,the after-treatment was convenient and the product yield was high.The experiment can not only deepen and consolidate students understanding and application of basic Organic Chemistry theory knowledge,but also improve students innovative ability of Organic Synthesis experiment.
