摘 要:随着规模化、集约化养猪业的不断发展,猪蓝耳病病毒的不断重组与变异,猪蓝耳病的防控日趋复杂。2011年底,浙江某规模化猪场发生了以母猪产弱仔、仔猪产床腹泻死亡、保育猪继发感染副猪嗜血杆菌和链球菌、抗生素使用效果不明显等为主要特征的疾病,经临床症状、病理变化及实验室诊断确诊为猪蓝耳病。对该场流行株(ZJ-01株)的生物信息学进行分析发现,ZJ-01株与QYYZ株、CM2株属于同一进化分支,但其核苷酸同源性仅为91%左右,提示该毒株极有可能是经典株与流行株的新重组株;从该场使用蓝定抗疫苗5年以来的生产成绩及临床效果,表明ZJ-01株可能在发生基因重组的同时,其致病性有逐渐增强的趋势。With the large-scale and intensive development of pig industry in China,recombination and variation of PRRSV,the pre鄄vention and control of PRRS has becoming more and more complicated.By the end of 2011,a large-scale farm of pig in Zhejiang arises a principal character disease,with the main feature of Sow reproductive disorders such as producing weak piglet,death of suck鄄ling pig,haemophilus parasuis and Streptococcus nursery pigs'secondary infection,and the use of antibiotics is not obvious.The diag鄄nosis of PRRS was confirmed by clinical symptoms,pathological changes and laboratory diagnosis.The bioinformatics analysis showed that ZJ-01 strain and QYYZ strain and CM2 strain belong to the same clade,but its nucleotide homology is only about 91%suggested that the virus is likely to be new recombinant strains with classic and the epidemic strains.According to the relatively stable produc鄄tion performance and the clinical effect after the use of the vaccine 5 years ago.The result shows that a new genic recombination may be occuring in the strain of ZJ-01,and its pathogenicity was increased gradually.
