摘 要:目的:应用红外热成像技术评价血府逐瘀汤改善冠心病患者心肌供血的疗效。方法:将冠心病气滞血瘀型患者120例随机分为对照组和观察组各60例,对照组给予常规抗血小板聚集及扩冠治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上口服血府逐瘀汤,治疗2周后分别采集治疗前后2组患者躯干正面的红外热象图,并测定双侧胸部穴位(步廊、神封、灵墟、乳根、乳中、膺窗)的温度,得出双侧穴位温度差,进行统计分析。结果:观察组双侧胸部穴位的平均温度差下降(2.12±0.29)℃,对照组双侧胸部穴位的平均温度差下降(0.93±0.16)℃,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:血府逐瘀汤可以提高冠心病患者红外热图胸部低温区的温度,降低与周围的温度差,即改善冠心病患者心脏部位的供血情况。Objective:To evaluate therapeutic effects of XueFu ZhuYu decoction in improving myocardial ischemia of the patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)by infrared thermal imaging technology.Methods:All 120 patients suffering CHD of Qi stagnation and blood stasis pattern were randomized into the control group and the observation group,60 cases each group.The control group accepted conventional treatment of anti platelet aggregation and coronary artery dilation,and the observation group took XueFu ZhuYu decoction on the foundation of the treatment the control group aceepted.After treating for two weeks,infrared thermography of the patients'torso front was collected in both groups before and after treating respectively,and the temperature of bilateral chest acupoints[BuLang(KI22),ShenFeng(KI23),LingXu(KI24),RuGen(ST18),RuZhong(ST17)and YingChuang(ST16)]were detected,the temperature differences between bilateral points were calculated and statistically analyzed.Results:Average temperature differences of bilateral chest points in the observation group were(2.12±0.29)℃,greater than(0.93±0.16)℃of the control group,and the difference had statistical meaning(P<0.01).Conclusion:XueFu ZhuYu decoction could lift the temperature of chest low temperature zone of CHD patients by infrared thermal imaging technology and decrease the temperature difference between the chest and the environment,which means that it could improve blood supply of the heart of CHD patients.
