摘　　要：目的:观察消银汤对银屑病样模型小鼠肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)及白细胞介素10(IL-10)的作用。方法:建立小鼠阴道上皮模型,给予不同剂量的消银汤干预,14天后采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测小鼠血清TNF-α、IL-10的含量,并观察消银汤对小鼠阴道上皮细胞有丝分裂的影响。结果:消银汤高、中、低剂量组均可明显抑制小鼠阴道上皮的有丝分裂(P<0.01),高、中剂量均可明显降低小鼠血清中TNF-α的水平(P<0.01),升高IL-10的水平(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:消银汤对银屑病样小鼠的治疗作用可能与其抑制表皮细胞增殖并降低血清中TNF-α的水平,升高IL-10的水平有关。Objective:To observe the effects of XiaoYin decoction on TNF-αand IL-10 of psoriasis like mice model.Methods:Mice model with vaginal epithelium was established and intervened with different doses of XiaoYin decoction,the contents of TNF-αand IL-10 in the serum of the mice were detected by using ELISA method in 14 days,and the effects of XiaoYin decoction on the mitosis of mice vaginal epithelial cells were observed.Results:XiaoYin decoction in high,moderate and low dose could obviously inhibit the mitosis of mice vaginal epithelial cells(P<0.01),high and moderate doses could notable decrease the level of TNF-αin the serum of the mice(P<0.01),raise the levels of IL-10(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion:Therapeutic effects of XiaoYin decoction for the mice with psoriasis might be related to inhibiting the proliferation of epidermal cell,decreasing the level of TNF-αand raising the levels of IL-10.
