摘  要:目的:观察双头加压空心螺钉内固定结合辨证论治治疗肩峰骨折的临床疗效。方法:根据美国肩肘关节医师协会评分系统(American shoulder and elbow surgeons,ASES)分析8例双头加压空心螺钉内固定结合祖国医学三期辨证论治治疗闭合性肩峰骨折患者的肩关节功能,术后定期复查X线片及骨折固定、愈合情况。结果:8例患者均获得12个月有效随访,均获得了骨性愈合,愈合时间平均为3.2个月。末次随访时ASES平均得分为90.4分,优良率为87.5%(7/8)。结论:采用双头加压空心螺钉内固定结合三期辨证论治治疗肩峰骨折具有软组织损伤小,固定可靠,手术时间短,肩关节功能恢复良好等优势。Objective:To observe clinical effects of double-head compression hollow screw internal fixation combined with syndrome differentiation and treatment in treating acromial fracture.Methods:According to the scoring systemof American Shoulder and Elbow Surgeons(ASES),shoulder functions of eight patients with closed acromial fracture treated by double-head compression hollow screw internal fixation combined with syndrome differentiation and treatment were analyzed X-ray,bone fracture fixation and healing condtions were examed regularly after the surgery.Results:Eight patients were followed up during 12 months,and they obtained knitting,average knitting time was 3.2 months.By the end of the last follow-up,ASES average scales were 90.4 points,the excellent rate was 87.5%(7/8).Conclusion:Double-head compression hollow screw internal fixation combined with syndrome differentiation and treatment in treating acromial fracture shows the advantates of less soft tissue injury,reliable fixation,short operation time and good recovery of shoulder function.
