摘  要:通过水热法合成了不同硅铝比和硅铁比的FeZSM-5系列催化剂,并将其应用于对模拟烟气的氨气选择性催化还原(NH_3-SCR)脱除氮氧化物(NO_x)研究。通过XRD、SEM、TEM、UV-Vis和N_2吸附,探究了不同硅、铝铁含量对催化剂孔道结构、物相结构及脱硝活性的影响。结果表明:过高的铝、铁含量会造成催化剂结晶度的降低、物相结构不均一;FeZSM-5(60-60)最佳比例的铝、铁催化剂在低温条件下仍可以表现出较好的活性以及优异的抗硫抗水热稳定性,FeZSM-5(60-60)最佳脱硝效率达97%。通入SO_2和H_2O时,NO_x转化率仍可保持在85%以上;停止通入SO_2和H_2O时,NO_x的转化率恢复至97%。A series of FeZSM-5 catalysts with different Si/Al and Si/Fe ratios were synthesized by hydrothermal method and then applied to the study on the removal of nitrogen oxides(NOx)by ammonia-assisted selective catalytic reduction(NH 3-SCR)method.XRD,SEM,TEM,UV-Vis and N 2 adsorption characterization methods were used to investigate the effects of different silicon and aluminum contents on the pore structure,phase structure and denitration activity of the catalysts.The results show that higher contents of aluminum and iron,the lower of the crystallinity and the uniform phase structure of the catalyst.FeZSM-5(60-60),the optium proportion of aluminum and iron,exhibited better deNOx activity at lower temperatureand show excellent resistance to sulfur and hydrothermal stability,FeZSM-5(60-60)denitration efficiency can be reached 97%.When SO 2 and H2O were entered,the conversion rate of NOx could still be remained above 85%,and the conversion rate of NOx can be restored to 97%when SO2 and H2O are stopped.
