国内老年人多重用药的文献计量学分析

摘　　要：目的为提高老年人合理用药水平,减少老年人潜在不适当用药提供参考依据。方法以中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方数据知识服务平台和维普3个中文数据库为数据来源,检索2000年一月至今国内老年人多重用药的文献,利用Excel、BICOMB软件对检索的文献从发表年份、作者、期刊、机构等方面进行统计分析。分析老年人多重用药的现状并提出相应的解决措施。结果共检索到160篇文献,其中153篇为期刊论文,5篇为会议论文,1篇为硕博士论文,1篇为报纸性文章。载文量最多的期刊为《中国药房》8篇,文献被引用频次最高的是《老年人药物不良反应及合理用药干预问题》被引用78次,文献下载量最多的是《社区老年人安全用药情况调查与建议》,下载量986次。结论国内关于老年人多重用药的问题越来越受到关注,且在我国已经取得了突破性进展,但依旧存在着很大的改进空间,研究的广度和深度仍需社会各界进行拓展。To provide a reference for improving the level of rational use of drugs for the elderly and reducing the potential inappropriate use of drugs for the elderly.Method:Chinese Journal Full-text Database(CNKI),Wanfang database and VIP 3 Chinese retrieval database as the data source,since January 2000 the national elderly polypharmacy literature,using Excel and BICOMB software to retrieve the document from the year of publication,authors,journals,institutions and other aspects of statistical analysis.The present situation of multiple drug use in the elderly was analyzed and the corresponding measures were put forward.Results:A total of 160 papers were retrieved,of which 153 were periodical papers,5 were conference papers,1 were doctoral dissertations and 1 were newspaper articles.The maximum amount of periodicals for"China pharmacy"8 articles,literature cited the highest frequency is"problem"intervention of adverse drug reactions in the elderly patients and rational drug use were cited 78 times,the most downloaded is"survey of the elderly in the community of drug safety and advice",986 downloads.Conclusion:The problem of multiple drug use in the elderly is getting more and more attention,and has made breakthrough progress in China.However,there is still much room for improvement.The breadth and depth of its research still need expansion from all walks of life.
