摘  要:借助Miseq高通量测序分析技术,研究竹炭添加对设施菜地土壤氮磷流失和微生物群落结构的影响。结果表明,与空白对照相比,竹炭处理下蔬菜产量显著(P<0.05)增加21.5%,沟渠水总氮(TN)平均浓度降低5.5%,总磷(TP)平均浓度显著(P<0.05)下降48.3%。通过Chao、ACE、Shannon、Simpson指数可以发现,添加竹炭增加了土壤中细菌的多样性,促进了土壤优势微生物群落的富集,但影响均不显著。Via high-throughput sequencing analysis technology,bamboo charcoal was used as an addictive to investigate its effects on the loss of nitrogen and phosphorus and microbial community structures in greenhouse vegetable soil.It was shown that,compared with control,the yield of vegetable was significantly(P<0.05)increased by 21.5%with bamboo charcoal addition,and the average concentration of total nitrogen(TN)in surface water was decreased by 5.5%,and the average concentration of total phosphorus(TP)in surface water was significantly(P<0.05)decreased by 48.3%.The results of Chao,ACE,Shannon and Simpson index showed that the bamboo charcoal addition increased soil microbial diversity and promoted the enrichment of dominant bacteria species,yet not significantly.
