摘　　要：启闭机油泵能否安全启动是液压启闭机的一个关键操作过程。根据液压启闭机操作规程及现场操作流程,发现金湾闸液压启闭机油泵启动存在一定安全隐患。通过将电气与机械进行连锁的方式成功解决了启闭机油泵安全启动问题。本文论述了电气与机械连锁的设置方法,并总结了该安全保护装置的优点和作用。该液压系统可在同类工程中推广应用。Whether hoist oil pump can be started safely or not is a key operation process of hydraulic gate.In the paper,Jinwan Gate hydraulic hoist oil pump is adopted as an example.It is discovered that there is certain safety hidden danger in hydraulic hoist oil pump starting according to hydraulic hoist operation procedures and field operation process.The hoist oil pump safety starting problem is successfully solved through phase electrical and mechanical chain mode.In the paper,the setting method of electrical and mechanical linkage is discussed,and the advantages and functions of the safety protection devices are summarized.The hydraulic system can be promoted and used in similar projects.
