摘　　要：目的探讨心脏起搏器对慢性心律失常患者的疗效以及心功能的影响。方法选取慢性心律失常患者62例,依照植入起搏器类型不同分为对照组31例和实验组31例。对照组给予单腔起搏植入治疗,实验组植入双腔心脏起搏器进行治疗。采用多普勒超声仪检验2组患者治疗前后心率(HR)、心输出量(CO)、左室射血分数(LVEF)及心脏指数(CI)变化,观察不良反应发生情况。结果 6个月起搏治疗后,实验组心功能参数水平、有效率及临床症状评分均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论心脏起搏可显著改善慢性心律失常患者心脏功能水平,对预防和终止慢性心律失常具有积极作用。Objective To explore effect of heart pacemaker on treatment of patients with chronic arrhythmia and its influence on cardiac function.Methods Totally 62 patients with chronic arrhythmia were divided into control group and experimental group according to type of heart pacemaker,31 cases in each group.The control group was given single-chamber pacemaker,while the observation group was given dual-chamber pacemaker.The changes of heart rate(HR),cardiac output(CO),left ventricular ejection fractions(LVEF),cardiac index(CI)were detecting before and after treatment by color Doppler ultrasound,and adverse reactions were observed.Results Six months after heart pacemaker implantation,the cardiac function level,effective rate and scores of clinical syndromes in the experimental group were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The heart pacemaker can significantly improve cardiac function of patients with chronic arrhythmia,which plays an active role in preventing and terminating chronic arrhythmias.
