彩色多普勒超声及二维超声对瘢痕子宫合并前置胎盘的诊断分析

摘　　要：目的探讨彩色多普勒超声及二维超声对瘢痕子宫合并前置胎盘产妇的诊断效果。方法选取240例瘢痕子宫患者,随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组使用彩色多普勒超声及二维超声进行诊断,对照组使用二维超声进行诊断。比较2组患者的诊断结果、诊断特异度、灵敏度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值以及准确度。结果经手术病理检查,观察组和对照组分别确诊瘢痕子宫合并前置胎盘19例和17例。观察组的阳性检出率为84.2%,显著高于对照组64.7%(P<0.05)。观察组诊断的特异度、灵敏度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值和准确度均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论二维超声联合彩色多普勒超声对瘢痕子宫合并前置胎盘的阳性检出率和诊断准确性都较高,诊断效果较好。Objective To evaluate the effect of color Doppler ultrasonography and two-dimensional ultrasound in the diagnosis of cicatricial uterus complicated with placenta previa.Methods A total of 240 scar uterus patients treated in our hospital were selected for the study,and were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The diagnosis of scar uterus complicated with placenta previa was performed in two groups.The observation group was diagnosed by color Doppler ultrasonography and two-dimensional ultrasound,and the control group was diagnosed by two dimensional ultrasound.The diagnostic results,diagnostic specificity,sensitivity,positive predictive value,negative predictive value,and accuracy of the two groups were compared.Results After operation and pathological examination,19 and 17 cases were diagnosed with scar uterus combined with placenta previa in the observation group and the control group,respectively.The positive rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(84.2%vs.64.7%,P<0.05).The specificity,sensitivity,positive predictive value,negative predictive value and accuracy of the observation group were higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Two dimensional ultrasound combined with color Doppler ultrasound in scar uterus combined with placenta previa have higher positive detection rate and diagnostic accuracy and better diagnosis efficacy.
