手术切开复位治疗旋前外旋型踝关节骨折患者的疗效

摘　　要：目的比较保守治疗与手术切开复位治疗旋前外旋型踝关节骨折患者的临床疗效及安全性。方法选取62例旋前外旋型踝关节骨折患者,分为观察组33例(手术治疗)和对照组29例(保守治疗)。比较2组患者的基线资料、美国矫形外科足踝协会(AOFAS)评分与Liu踝关节外侧副韧带损伤评分、治愈率及并发症发生率。结果 2组患者的基线资料比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。观察组患者的AOFAS总评分、日常活动评分及Liu踝关节外侧副韧带损伤评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治愈率为90.9%,显著高于对照组的69.0%(P<0.05)。2组患者的并发症发生率比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论手术切开复位治疗在旋前外旋型踝关节骨折患者中的临床疗效满意,安全性高。Objective To compare the clinical efficacy and safety of conservative treatment and surgical open reduction in the treatment of patients with fracture of anterior lateral rotation of ankle joint.Methods Totally 62 patients with fracture of anterior lateral rotation of ankle joint was selected and divided into observation group(n=33,operation treatment)and control group(n=29,conservative treatment).The general information,AOFAS scores,Liu ankle joint collateral ligament injury scores,curative rate and incidence rate of complications were compared between two groups.Results The general information showed no significant difference between two groups(P>0.05).The AOFAS total scores,the daily activity scores and the Liu ankle joint collateral ligament injury scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The curative rate in the observation group was 90.9%,which was significantly higher than 69.0%in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in incidence rate of complications between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Surgical open reduction is effective and safe in treatment of patients with fracture of anterior lateral rotation of ankle joint.
