摘　　要：目的探讨风险管理在提升老年脑卒中患者跌倒自我效能水平中的应用效果。方法选取住院脑卒中患者186例,分为对照组和观察组各93例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在此基础上针对患者跌倒原因进行风险管理,对比2组患者出院时防跌倒知识知晓率、跌倒状况及患者家属满意度。结果观察组患者住院期间脑卒中预防跌倒知识知晓率、自我效能水平高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者出院期间跌倒发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者家属对护理满意率优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论风险管理能够有效提升脑卒中患者预防跌倒知识的知晓率与自我效能水平,降低住院期间跌倒意外的发生率,提高患者及家属的护理满意度,具有重要的临床价值,值得推广应用。Objective To discuss the application effect of risk management in the improvement of self-efficacy level of elderly stroke patients.Methods A total of 186 stroke patients in our hospital were divided into control group(93 cases)and observation group(93 cases),the patients in control group were given routine nursing care,while the patients in observation group were given risk management based on routine nursing.The fall prevention awareness rate,fall status and satisfaction of the patients in two groups were compared.Results Prevention awareness knowledge and self-efficacy level of the patients in the observation group were higher than that in control group(P<0.05);Fall rate in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05);And the satisfaction of patients'family in observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Risk management can effectively improve awareness rate of fall knowledge and the level of self-efficacy,reduce the incidence of falls in hospital,and improve nursing satisfaction of patients and their families,so it is worthy of promotion in clinical application.
