强直性脊柱炎患者T细胞免疫失衡与疾病活动的关系

摘　　要：目的分析强直性脊柱炎患者T细胞免疫失衡与疾病活动的关系。方法将45例本院接受诊疗的强直性脊柱炎患者纳入观察组,另纳入50例健康体检者作为对照组。检测2组外周血Th1、Th17及Treg细胞比例及外周血炎症因子,并分析其与疾病活动度的关系。结果观察组Th17比例显著高于对照组(P<0.05),而Th1及Treg细胞比例显著低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者IL-1β、IL6及IL-17水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。相关性分析显示,ASDAS评分与IL-1β、IL-6及IL-17均呈显著正相关。结论强直性脊柱炎患者存在T细胞免疫失衡,且与疾病活动密切相关。Objective To explore the correlation between T cell immune imbalance and disease activity in patients with ankylosing spondylitis.Methods A total of 45 patients with ankylosing spondylitis treatment in our hospital were selected as observation group,and 60 healthy cases were enrolled as control group.The proportion of Th1,Th17,Treg cell and inflammatory factors were detected and compared between the two groups.Results The observation group had higher rate of Th17 cell,but lower rate of Th1 and Treg cell than control group(P<0.05).The observation group had higher levels of IL-1β,IL6 and IL-17 than control group(P<0.05).Correlation analysis showed that ASDAS score was positively correlated with IL-1β,IL-6 and IL-17.Conclusion Ankylosing spondylitis patients are in imbalance for T cell immune and closely correlated to disease activity.
