摘 要:目的:通过对兔脑微出血模型的建立,比较MRI不同序列对微出血灶检出率的差异,并对各序列显示体积及大体病理体积进行测量,探讨SWI对微出血灶的影像放大效应。方法:选用12个月龄成年新西兰大白兔40只,随机分成对照组(5只)、实验组(35只)。对照组钻孔、进针、不注血;实验组钻孔、进针并注血,分别于注血完成后1 h(超急性期)、48 h(急性期)、15 d(亚急性期)、35 d(慢性期)行MRI规定序列扫描及各期病理标本取材,对照观察影像与病理表现,并测量体积。结果:SWI与常规T1WI+T2WI序列比较,出血灶检出率高,分别为100%、70.59%。SWI对实际微出血灶存在磁敏感放大效应,平均放大率为(1.74±0.77)倍。结论:SWI比常规序列对微出血灶检出率高,是检查颅内微出血灶非常敏感的序列。SWI对微出血灶存在磁敏感放大效应,可夸大微出血灶的实际体积。Objective:Through the establishment of the model of rabbit brain microbleeds(CMBs),the difference of the detection rate of CMBs was compared in different sequences of MRI.And the volume of each sequence and pathological CMBs volume were measured.To explore whether it exists or not of the image amplification effect of magnetic SWI to CMBs.Methods:Forty new Zealand white rabbits aged 12 months were selected,they were divided into control group(5 cases)and experimental group(35 cases)randomly.The control group only had drilling,needle,no injection of blood,and experimental group had drilling,needle,and injection of blood.The MRI scanning was performed at 1 hour(ultra-acute phase),48 hours(acute phase),15 days(subacute phase)and 35 days(chronic phase)after blood injection.Then,the MRI images and pathological characteristics were observed and volume measurement were performed.Results:SWI sequence showed higher detection rate than conventional T1WI and T2WI sequences(100%and 70.59%,respectively).SWI sequence had magnetic sensitivity amplification effect to the micro bleeding lesion,the average magnification was(1.74±0.77)times.Conclusions:SWI sequence detection rate is more sensitive than conventional sequence to the CMBs,and is a very sensitive sequence for detecting intracranial CMBs.SWI sequence has magnetic sensitivity amplification effect to CMBs and exaggerated the actual volume of CMBs.
