摘　　要：尤金·奥尼尔(1888-1953)是美国现代戏剧奠基人,其作品选材广泛形式多样,体现了他在戏剧艺术上的大胆尝试与革新。电影《送冰人来了》和《长日入夜行》都是根据他的晚期同名戏剧改编的戏剧电影。虽然尤金·奥尼尔被公认为西方现代表现主义剧作家,但两部影片却蕴涵了丰富的后现代元素。正因为其具有后现代的前瞻性,其原本属于现代派的作品才更富有魅力。Eugene o'Neill(1888-1953)is the founder of American modern drama.his brave reformation on drama was included in the extensive source and the massive techniques.the movies of Iceman Come and Long Day's Journey into Night were adapted from the plays with the same names which were written by him.although Eugene O'Neill is publicly recognized as a playwright on modern expressionism in the west,the two films contain a wealth of postmodern elements,which has made the two plays more attractive.
