摘　　要：研究生作为国家和社会培养的高层次人才,其就业是否得到充分落实对于其自身价值的实现、社会的和谐稳定和经济的健康发展具有重要的影响。在中共十八届五中全会上,党的领导人提出了"就业优先战略"和"人才优先战略",而人才优先战略在本质上说也是就业。本文立足于马克思关于劳动力商品相关理论对研究生结构性失业的现状、原因进行研究,并提出相应解决对策。As high-level talents trained by the state and society,Whether Graduate students'employment has been fully implemented has much influence on the realization of their own value,Social harmony and stability and the healthy development of economy.In the fifth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC,Employment priority strategy and talent priority strategy are put forward to increase the employment rate.The paper studies the current situation and the cause of structural unemployment of graduate students and put forward the corresponding solutions.
