“进口替代”工业化与巴西农业结构关系探微

摘　　要：20世纪30年代后期,拉丁美洲国家普遍实行了"进口替代"工业化发展模式。1930年巴西瓦加斯政府上台,也积极推进"进口替代"的发展战略,以期实现巴西的工业化。"进口替代"工业化的推进对巴西的农业结构产生了重要影响,即以国际市场为导向的出口农业发展较快,以国内市场为导向的粮食生产农业发展滞后,农业结构呈现出明显的二元性特征。在一定程度上,巴西农业结构的二元性阻碍了巴西的进一步工业化。Latin American countries generally implemented"import substitution"development patterns of industrialization after the 1930s,The Vargas,s government of Brazil was actively pushing forward the development strategy of"import substitution"to realize the industrialization in Brazil.The"import substitution"industrialization has a significant influence on agricultural structure of Brazil.International market-oriented export agricultures and domestic market oriented grain production agriculture gradually formed in Brazil.The agricultural structure of Brazil presented obvious duality characteristics.The export of agriculture to the international market is relatively fast,and domestic grain production agriculture lags behind.In part,Brazil's industrialization is hampered by the duality of Brazil's agricultural structure.
