摘　　要：协同创新是符合现代科技发展的重要创新模式,必将成为激发科技创新活力的关键因素。通过分析江苏高校协同创新中心运行现状,从牵头带动力度、协同意识、经费使用、利益分配与绩效评估等方面提出解决高校协同创新中心管理关键问题及对策建议,为高校协同创新中心持续健康发展提供参考。Collaborative innovation is an important innovation modein conformity with the development of modern science and technology. This paper,taking Jiangsu University Collaborative Innovation Center as a case,deals with their management problems and counter-measures in terms of the leading drive power,cooperative consciousness,the use of funds,interest distribution and performance evaluation,in order to provide a reference for the sustainable and healthy development of Jiangsu University Collaborative Innovation Center.
