摘 要:在40 kg/h卧式气相聚丙烯中试装置上搭建预络合装置,采用不同的Ziegler-Natta催化剂进行了预络合试验,并进行了中试生产,同时对所得聚合物进行了表征。试验结果表明,采用预络合工艺对催化剂活性的稳定性影响不大;通过预络合可以提高NG、BCM催化剂的活性,但DQ催化剂的活性有所降低;所得聚合物的等规度均有所提高;NG催化剂预络合后,可以改善聚合物形态;BCM催化剂预络合后能降低聚合物的细粉含量;而DQ催化剂预络合后可降低聚合物细粉含量,并增加聚合物的透明度。Pre-compounding reactor is applied on horizontal gas-phase polypropylene process.Pilot scale experiment was carried out by using three kinds of Ziegler-Natta catalysts,and the activities and characteristic of their products were studied.The result indicates that pre-compounding method does not enhance the stability of catalyst’s activity.With pre-compounding method,activities of the NG and BCM catalyst increased,while the activity of DQ catalyst decreased.Isotacticities and pore volumes of all polymers increased.By pre-compounding,the morphology of the polymer prepared with NG catalyst improved,the content of fine powder in polymer prepared with BCM and DQ catalyst reduced,and the transparency of polymers prepared with DQ catalyst improved.
