摘  要:以工业级均苯三甲酸为配体,采用溶剂热法合成Cu-BTC材料,在0.1,1,10 L三种不同规模的反应釜中对CuBTC材料进行逐级放大,并对10 L反应釜体系进行平行实验,利用XRD、SEM、N_2吸附-脱附等表征手段对合成的CuBTC材料进行表征。实验结果表明,工业级均苯三甲酸完全可替代试剂级配体合成出晶型完整、比表面积高和孔体积大的Cu-BTC材料,能大幅降低原材料成本;逐级放大制备的Cu-BTC材料的比表面积、孔体积、结晶度和甲烷吸附量相差较小,且物化性能优于市售产品Basolite C300;合成Cu-BTC材料反应的重现性较好,适合规模化放大生产。Cu-BTC materials were prepared by solvothermal method which was using industrial grade trimesic acid as ligand.Samples of Cu-BTC were prepared in three size reactors(0.1,1,10 L),and parallel tests were done in 10 L reactor.The synthesized Cu-BTC materials were characterized by XRD,SEM,N2 adsorption-desorption and others.The results showed that the industrial grade trimesic acid could replace the reagent grade ligand,synthesize Cu-BTC crystal with high crystallinity,large specific surface area and pore volume,and significantly save the raw material cost.The Cu-BTC materials prepared by step-by-step amplification had small differences in specific surface area,pore volume,crystallinity and methane adsorption capacity,and had better physicochemical properties than that of commercial product Basolite C300.The Cu-BTC materials prepared by this method had excellent repeatability and were suitable for large production.
