摘 要:建立了电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-OES)法测定重质馏分油、渣油及原油中痕量金属铝、钙、铁、钾、镁、锰、钼、钠、镍、铅、钒和锌的方法,采用干法灰化和酸消解法对重质馏分油、渣油及原油进行试样前处理,优化了实验条件,确定了方法的检出限和精密度,通过不同检测方法对比实验和加标回收实验考察了方法的准确性。实验结果表明,所建立方法的最低检测浓度为0.40 mg/kg,各待测元素的加标回收率均在90%~110%之间,为重质馏分油、渣油及原油中金属元素的检测提供了一种快速、准确、可靠的方法。A method using inductively coupled plasma optical emission(ICP-OES)to determine Al,Ca,Fe,K,Mn,Mo,Na,Ni,V and Zn content of heavy distillate,residual oil and crude oil was established.Ashing method and digesting method were used in the pretreatment of heavy distillate sample,residual oil and crude oil.The experimental conditions were optimized and determined the detection limit and precision.The accuracy of the method could be determined by comparative experiments and recovery tests.The experimental results showed that the minimum detectable concentration of the established method is 0.40 mg/kg,and the recovery of all the tested elements are between 90%-110%.A quick,accurate and reliable method to determine metal elements in heavy distillate,residual oil and crude oil was provided.
