摘 要:使用硅烷偶联剂γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(KH550)对氧化铝(Al_2O_3)进行表面改性,通过傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FT-IR)、热重分析仪(TG)对改性Al_2O_3(m-Al_2O_3)进行了表征。将Al_2O_3和m-Al_2O_3分别填充到高密度聚乙烯/尼龙6(HDPE/PA6)共混物中制备复合材料,以提高材料的导热性。利用导热系数仪、维卡软化点测试仪、万能试验机、扫描电子显微镜对复合材料的导热性能、耐热性能、拉伸性能和微观形貌进行了分析和研究。结果表明,复合材料的导热性随着Al_2O_3含量的增加而逐渐提高,与基体相比,材料的耐热性能、杨氏模量也得到了提高。经过硅烷偶联剂处理后,m-Al_2O_3能进一步提高复合材料的导热性能、耐热性能和杨氏模量。Alumina(Al 2O 3)was modified by the silane coupling agentγ-aminopropyltriethoxysilane(KH550)and then added into high density polyethylene/polyamide 6(HDPE/PA6)blend to improve the thermal conductivity of the composites.The modification of Al 2O 3 was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR)and thermogravimetric analysis(TG).The thermal conductivity,heat resistance,tensile properties and the morphology of the composites were investigated by using thermal conductivity detector,Viscat softening temperature tester,universal testing machine and scanning electron microscope.The results indicate that the thermal conductivity of the composites increases gradually with the increasing of the filler content.The heat resistance and Young’s modulus are also improved after the addition of Al 2O 3.The modified Al 2O 3(m-Al 2O 3)can further improve the thermal conductivity,heat resistance and Young’s modulus of the composites compared with unmodified Al 2O 3.
