轻比重液单侧腰麻用于高龄患者下肢手术的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:研究与分析轻比重液单侧腰麻用于高龄患者下肢手术的临床效果。方法:选取某院收治的下肢手术高龄患者60例为研究对象,将其随机分为3组,即甲组、乙组、丙组,各20例。3组患者分别接受浓度不同的轻比重液单侧腰麻,观察分析3组患者的感觉阻滞效果以及麻醉优良率。结果:3组患者感觉阻滞的起效时间以及固定时间对比差异不显著(P>0.05),无统计学意义;而丙组感觉阻滞有效时间与甲组、乙组相比显著较长(P<0.05),具有统计学意义;甲组最高阻滞平面例数显著低于乙组和丙组(P<0.05),具有统计学意义;3组患者麻醉优良率对比差异不显著(P>0.05),无统计学意义。结论:轻比重液单侧腰麻应用于高龄患者下肢手术后,阻滞范围小,且不会对患者造成较大的生理干扰,因此值得推广于临床应用。Objective:To study and analyze the clinical effect of unilateral spinal anesthesia with hypobaric solution for lower extremity surgery in elderly patients.Methods:60 cases of elderly patients with lower extremity surgery treated in a hospital were selected and randomly divided into group A,group B,and group C,with 20 cases in each group.3 groups of patients received unilateral spinal anesthesia with different concentrations of hypobaric solution.The sensory block effect and the excellent rate of anesthesia were observed and analyzed in the 3 groups.Results:There was no significant difference in the onset time and fixation time of sensory block among the three groups(P>0.05),with no statistical significance;The effective time of sensory block in group C was significantly longer than that in group A and group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The highest block level in group A was significantly lower than that in group B and group C,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the rate of excellent and good anesthesia among the three groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Unilateral spinal anesthesia with hypobaric solution in elderly patients with lower limb surgery has little blocking range and will not cause great physiological disturbance to patients.Therefore,it is worth popularizing in clinical practice.
