肿瘤标志物联合检测在卵巢癌诊断中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨肿瘤标志物联合检测在卵巢癌诊断中的应用价值。方法:94例卵巢肿瘤患者作为研究对象,其中有56例为卵巢良性肿瘤,38例卵巢癌,同时选择54例健康女性作为对照,对比相关数据。结果:卵巢癌组所测得的CA125、CA724、CA199值均高于卵巢良性肿瘤组,同时两组患者的CA125、CA724、CA199值又都高于健康对照组,数据差异具备统计学意义(P<0.05);三项联检的阳性检出率高于卵巢良性肿瘤组和卵巢癌组,而卵巢癌组的阳性检出率高于卵巢良性肿瘤组,数据差异具备统计学意义(P<0.05);三项联检所得到的敏感性明显高于CA125、CA724、CA199的敏感性,差异具备统计学意义(P<0.05),而他们之间的特异性差异不明显,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。Objective:To investigate the clinical value of combined detection of tumor markers in the diagnosis of ovarian cancer.Methods:94 cases of ovarian cancer patients were selected as the research object,including 56 cases of benign ovarian tumor,38 cases of ovarian cancer,and 54 healthy women were selected as control group at the same time,then the related data were compared.Results:The values of CA125,CA724 and CA199 measured in the ovarian cancer group were all higher than those in the benign ovarian tumor group,and the values of CA125,CA724 and CA199 in the two groups were all higher than those in the healthy control group,the difference between the three groups had statistical significance(P<0.05).The positive rate of the three joint inspection was higher than that of benign ovarian tumor group and ovarian cancer group,while the positive rate of ovarian cancer group was higher than that of ovarian benign tumor group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The sensitivity of three joint inspection was obviously higher than that of CA125,CA724,CA199,the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05),and the specific differences between them was not obvious,with no statistical significance(P>0.05).
