摘  要:目的:探讨静脉输液中空气下至茂菲氏滴管以下两种排气方法的效果。方法:选择2016年1月~2016年4月期间在某院静脉输液过程中空气下降至茂菲氏管以下的患者126例进行分析,随机分为试验组和对照组每组63例,对照组采用输液管缠绕食指方法进行排气,试验组采用上拉输液流速调节器进行排气,比较两种方法一次排气成功率以及排气时间和回血发生概率。结果:试验组一次性排气成功率达到95.24%,显著高于对照组的71.43%,组间具有显著差异(P<0.05);试验组和对照组的排气时间分别为(5.62±0.41)s和(11.58±0.33)s,组间比较具有显著差异(t=89.88,P=0.00);试验组患者无堵管现象发生,同时其回血概率也显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:使用上拉流速调节器的方法操作简便且排气效果较好,适合推广使用。Objective:To investigate the effect of two exhaust methods for the air down to the aopeh's dropper in intravenous infusion.Methods:126 cases of patients with intravenous infusion in a hospital from January 2016 to April 2016 who had the air falling below the Maffey's tube were analyzed and randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 63 cases in each group.The control group was given the method of winding the forefinger of transfusion tube to exhaust the gas,the experiment group adopted the up-pull infusion velocity regulator to exhaust the gas,then the success rate of primary exhaust,time of exhaust,and the probability of blood regurgitation in the two groups were compared.Results:The success rate of one-off exhaust in the experimental group was 95.24%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(71.43%),and there was significant difference between the two groups.(P<0.05);The exhaust time of the experimental group and the control group was(5.62±0.41)s and(11.58±0.33)s,respectively,there was significant difference between groups(t=89.88,P=0.00);The patients in the experimental group did not have the phenomenon of catheter occlusion,and the probability of blood regurgitation was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The method of up-pull velocity regulator is easy to operate and has good exhaust effect,which is suitable for promotion and application.
