摘  要:以Zn(Ⅱ)作为中心离子,磺胺嘧啶(HSD)作为配体合成了配合物Zn(SD)_2·2NH_3;利用荧光、红外差谱、圆二色谱等分析手段研究了配合物与牛血清白蛋白(BSA)的相互作用。结果表明,配合物可导致BSA内源性荧光猝灭,主要为静态猝灭。计算了在不同温度下相互作用的热力学参数和结合常数,推断其二者之间作用力为氢键和范德华力。光谱分析表明,配合物的加入使BSA的构象发生变化,α-螺旋结构含量降低。Zn(SD)2·2NH3 was synthesized using Zn(II)as the central ion and sulfadiazine(HSD)as ligand.The interaction between the complex and bovine serum albumin(BSA)was studied by the fluorescence spectra,circular dichroism and IR spectroscopy.Fluorescence spectroscopy results showed that the complex may lead to fluorescence quenching of BSA,which was mainly due to static quenching.The thermodynamic parameters and binding constants at different temperatures were calculated,indicating that the forces between them were hydrogen bonds and van der Waals forces.Analysis of IR spectroscopy and circular dichroism spectroscopy confirmed that the addition of complexes changed the conformation of BSA and reduced the content ofα-helix.
