摘　　要：近年来研究生学术不端行为屡见不鲜,已成为学术界乃至全社会高度关注的问题。文章从分析高校学术不端行为的现状和原因入手,从社会制度、学校管理、导师作用、学生道德建设等方面提出了预防研究生学术不端行为的策略和手段,从而为形成良好的高校学风建设和科学的科研习惯提供方向和依据。In reccntyears,academic misconducts of graduate students arc com m on,which has aroused great concern in the academic circCe and the whoCe society.This paper first analyzes the current situation and causes of academic misconducts at colleges and universities.Then it proposes strategies and means to prevent graduates'academic misconducts regarding social system,school m anagem ent,advisor's role,and students'morality so as to provide the direction and basis for developing a sound academic atmosphere and scientific research habits.
