摘 要:利用phoenics对南昌某教学楼的典型楼层进行分析,选取夏季进行室内环境数值模拟,得出室内温度场、速度场、速度矢量图,提出改进意见。然后再次模拟,对比两次模拟结果,得出北面和南面建筑加大开窗十分合理,但是一些改进不是很合适,东面取消墙体会产生静风环境,这样有可能导致东面走廊温度改善不大,只能选择采用空气调节设备进行调节。The natural ventilation depends on the wind pressure caused by the outdoor wind and the hot pressure caused by the difference of indoor and outdoor air temperature,which promotes the air flow and makes the indoor and outdoor air exchange.Natural ventilation can ensure that the building room can obtain fresh air and take away the exhausted heat.It is an economical and effective ventilation method,which doesn’t consume power,but save energy,equipment investment and operation cost.How to design the indoor layout of buildings and make the buildings fully utilize the natural ventilation to create comfortable indoor environment and save energy?It becomes an important subject.Taking a typical floor of a teaching building in Nanchang as an example,the simulation software-phoenics is applied to conduct the numerical simulation of the indoor environment while the windows and doors are normally open in summer,without consideration on the solar radiation.And the indoor temperature field,velocity field and velocity vector diagram are obtained.The thermal comfort of indoor students is analyzed and evaluated according to the relevant regulations of the indoor thermal environment standard ISO7730 and ASHRAE55-1992.It is known that most of the time the teaching building is in high temperature and the thermal comfort is poor,so it needs further use of natural ventilation and mechanical ventilation.There are some unfavorable points in the natural ventilation of the original building model,such as the temperature gathering points,the points of smaller wind speed.Some suggestions are proposed to improve the indoor thermal comfort by adopting artificial adjustment and mechanical adjustment,such as the elimination of part of the wall,adding the opening windows and so on.After the improvement,the simulation is carried out again.By comparing the two simulation results,opening windows for the North and South buildings are reasonable.For example,two windows are added in the classroom which in the middle of the south.The wall of the outsi
