摘　　要：建筑节能是贯彻落实国家可持续发展战略和节能减排战略的重要方面。为了摸清建筑和能耗基础性数据,更好地推进建筑节能工作,对浙江某地级市78栋城镇民用建筑节能基本信息进行了调研和统计分析,得到了该市城镇民用建筑节能的现状,并对该市建筑节能工作的重点提出了建议,为其他地市建筑节能工作提供借鉴。Building energy conservation is an important aspect of implementing the national sustainable development strategy and energy conservation and emission reduction strategy.In order to find out the basic data of building and energy consumption and improve the building energy efficiency,the basic information about the energy consumption of 78 civil buildings in a certain city of Zhejiang province are investigated and analyzed statistically.The status quo of urban building energy efficiency in the city is obtained,and some suggestions are proposed on the building energy efficiency of the city.It would provide reference for building energy conservation for other cities.
