摘  要:采用溶剂挥发诱导自组装(EISA)法制备介孔镍铝催化剂,考察稀土元素La和Ce及碱土金属元素Ca和Mg的掺入对介孔镍铝催化剂物化性能及催化剂对山梨醇氢解催化性能的影响。结果表明:所有助剂在催化剂中均高度分散,且对样品的介孔结构基本无影响;稀土元素的掺入促进了Ni的分散,降低了Ni的粒径;与碱土金属相似,La的引入对样品的碱量有促进作用;与M-8Ni Al催化剂相比,掺入助剂后的催化剂在山梨醇氢解反应中的催化性能有所提高,M- 8Ni3La Al样品的催化性能最高;以M-8Ni3La Al为催化剂,在反应温度为220℃,反应氢压为6 MPa及反应时间为8 h时,山梨醇转化率达94.5%,小分子多元醇收率为58.1%。The mesoporous Ni-Al catalysts were prepared in an one-pot evaporation-induced self-assembly(EISA)method,and the effects of incorporation of rare earth elements La and Ce,and alkaline earth elements Ca and Mg to the catalysts on the physical chemical properties of the catalysts were systematically investigated.The catalytic performances were studied in the hydrogenolysis of sorbitol to glycols.Results showed that all the assistants were homogeneously dispersed and the mesoporous structure was hardly affected.The dispersion of Ni particles would be promoted and the particle sizes would decrease by incorporation of rare earth elements.Similar to alkaline earth elements,the incorporation of lanthanum could also enhance the alkaline ability of the catalysts.Compared to M-8NiAl catalyst,all the four catalysts incorporated with La,Ce,Ca and Mg elements showed higher catalytic performance in the hydrogenolysis of sorbitol,and M-8Ni3LaAl was the best.The conversion of sorbitol 94.5%and the yield of polyols 58.1%could be reached under the reaction temperature of 220℃,reaction pressure of 6 MPa and reaction time of 8 h with M-8Ni3LaAl as catalyst.
