摘  要:采用了一种改进后的方法制备了Pd基整体式蜂窝陶瓷催化燃烧催化剂,以甲苯催化剂燃烧的反应评价了催化剂的性能,结果表明在蜂窝陶瓷载体表面涂覆氧化铝涂层能够明显提高催化剂的催化活性,改进后的涂覆和浸渍方法更加有利于涂层和活性组分的均匀分布。催化剂BET表征结果表明,在制作氧化铝涂层时添加造孔剂能够有效提高比表面积和改善孔道结构。催化剂Pd质量分数含量为0.03%,涂层的质量分数含量为1%~4%,在空速约34000 h^(-1),甲苯浓度为3 g/m^3或5 g/m^3的条件下,较优的催化剂上甲苯起燃温度T10低于220℃,甲苯转化率大于99%。Pd base monolithic honeycomb ceramic catalyst was prepared by a improved method.The reaction of catalytic combustion of toluene was used for evaluation the performance of the catalyst.The results show that adding aluminum oxide washcoat on the surface of ceramic honeycomb carrier can efficiently increase the activity of catalyst.The improved washcoat and impregnation preparing method was more conducive to uniform distribution of washcoat and active components.The result of BET characterization of catalyst shows that the addition of pore-making agent can effectively improve the BET surface area and improve the pore structure in the process of making washcoat.Catalyst with 0.03%Pd and 1%~4%washcoat loading,the space velocities was about 34000 h-1 and toluene concentrations were 3 g/m 3 or 5 g/m 3,under the optimum condition,light-off temperature T10 of toluene was below 220℃on the catalyst,conversion of toluene is more than 99%.
