摘 要:与传统精馏序列相比,隔板塔在降低能耗和投资方面显示出较大优势。隔板塔内压力分布的稳态和动态特性,对隔板塔设计、操作和控制具有重要影响,对此进行深入研究的文献较少。基于传统平衡级模型,本文将隔板塔进行分解,分别建立公共精馏段和提馏段、隔板左右两侧的塔板模型,以及液体收集器和(再)分布器、塔顶冷凝部分、塔釜再沸器等辅助设施的模型方程。对于隔板上方的液体分配装置和隔板下方的气体分配装置,在模型中也有相应体现。建立各部分模型时,均考虑压力变化的影响,再汇总即可得到隔板塔的完整动态模型。该模型为下一步研究填料型或者塔盘型DWC压力分布的稳/动态特性,建立良好基础。Compared with traditional distillation sequence process,DWC has shown great advantages on saving energy and capital investment.The steady state and dynamic characteristics of pressure distribution inside DWC are important for its design,operation,and control,which has not been studied systematically.In this article,a complete dynamic model of DWC was set up based on traditional equilibrium stage concept.DWC was first separated into small parts:common rectifying and stripping sections,the prefractionator and sidestream extracting sections on the left and right of dividing wall respectively,collector/re-distributors,condenser,and reboiler.The liquid/gas split devices were also considered in this model.Finally,all these subpart models were combined into a complete dynamic model of DWC,which can be further used to study pressure distribution of packed DWC or tray DWC.
