摘  要:近年来京津冀的雾霾天气不断增多。利用LMDI分解技术,对唐山市2004-2015年36个工业部门因消耗各种能源所排放的PM2.5一次源进行了结构分解分析,结果表明:能耗强度对唐山市PM2.5一次源的排放量有明显的抑制作用;人口规模、经济发展水平和能耗结构在多数年份都表现为增排因素;而产业结构仅在2008年前表现为减排因素,近几年则一直表现为增排因素。针对这一结果,文章着重从降低能耗强度、优化能耗结构和产业结构等方面对唐山市如何减少PM2.5一次源的排放提出了一些建议。In recent years,the fog and haze in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region has continued to increase.Taking Tangshan City as an example,this paper uses LMDI decomposition technique to analysis it's primary PM2.5 emission of 36 industrial sectors from 2004 to 2015.The results show that the intensity of energy consumption has a significant inhibiting effect on the emission of primary PM2.5 in Tangshan City.The population scale,the economic development level and the energy consumption structure in most years have showed the increasing factors.And the industrial structure has showed decreasing factors before 2008,but increasing factors after 2008.According to the results,this paper makes forward some suggestions on how to reduce the emission of primary PM2.5 in Tangshan City from the aspects of reducing the intensity of energy consumption,optimizing the structure of energy consumption and industrial structure.
