摘　　要：目的提高中医推拿治疗效果,创新了揉-颤-推复合推拿手法。方法将传统中医推拿手法与现代医学组织液循环原理相结合创建了该复合手法。结果经临床实践,该综合手法具有明显消除肿胀作用。结论该手法简单易学,活血化瘀、消肿效果明显,无不良反应,是易推广的一种复合推拿手法。Objective To improve the effect of traditional Chinese massage with the combine therapy of malaxating,quivering and pushing.Methods To establish the new combine decongestion therapy by the virtue of traditional massage method and based on the modern medical theory on tissue fluid circulation.Results Clinical practice has showed this combined way has obvious therapeutic effect on decongestion.Conclusion This new way of combined massage has such merits as simple&easy significant detumescence effect,with no adverse-reaction and to be popularized easily.
