摘 要:目的观察清脑片对沙鼠脑缺血再灌注模型血浆ET和CGRP含量及脑组织病理变化的实验研究。方法采用双侧颈总动脉结扎10 min再灌注60 min,建立沙鼠脑缺血模型,观察清脑片对沙鼠血浆内皮素(ET)和降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)的含量及脑组织海马区和皮质区病理变化的影响。结果沙鼠脑缺血再灌注模型复制成功。高、中剂量清脑片组可显著降低血浆中ET含量(P<0.01);可显著升高血浆中CGRP含量(P<0.01);可显著改善沙鼠脑组织海马区皮质区病理损伤(P<0.01)。结论清脑片通过降低脑缺血沙鼠血浆ET含量,升高血浆CGRP的含量,调节脑血管舒缩程度,改善微循环,这也可能是清脑片在临床上治疗急性缺血性中风的重要机制之一。Objective To observe the changes of plasma ET and CGRP contents and histopathological changes in cerebral ischemia-reperfusion model of gerbils after administration of this tablet.Methods The levels of ET and CGRP in the gerbils and the hippocampus of the brain were observed by the bilateral carotid artery ligation for 10min and reperfusion for 60min,the pathological changes of the cortical area were recorded.Results The model of cerebral ischemia reperfusion in gerbils was successfuly established.In high,middle dose Qingnaopian group the levels of ET significantly decreased(P<0.01),and CCRP also had significant increase in plasma(P<0.01);pathological cortex hippocampus area of brain tissue damage in gerbils got significantly improved(P<0.01).Conclusion Qingnaopian tablet could adjust the cerebrovascular diastole and contraction level by reducing plasma ET levels of gerbil cerebral ischemia model and increasing the content of plasma CGRP,and improve the microcirculation,which might be one of the important mechanisms of clinical treatment of acute ischemic stroke.
