基于分时度假模式的老年公寓发展探析

摘　　要：随着我国老年人口数量的急剧增长,老年人的养老问题引发人们的广泛关注。在社会化养老的趋势下,老年公寓的经营改进成为改善老年人生活品质,解决养老问题的重要举措。引入分时度假的理念和优势,分析老年公寓分时度假模式引入的可行性及可能面临的问题,提出老年公寓引入分时度假模式应加强分时度假立法与法律保障、建立老年公寓分时度假交换系统、完善配套设施建设,优化养老环境以及加大旅游养老服务专业人才培养等策略建议。With the rapid growth of elderly population in China,the elderly pension problem has aroused widespread concern.Under the trend of social pension system,the operation and improvement of elderly apartments has become an important measure to improve the quality of life and solve the pension problem.Thingking of introducing the concept and advantages of timesharing,the paper analyzes the possibility of timesharing model introduced in to elderly apartments and the feasibility of possible problems,puts forward the introduction of elderly apartments in timesharing model should strengthen the legislation and legal protection for timesharing holidays,to establish the timeshare exchange system of elderly apartment,to improve the matching facilities,to optimize the pension environment and to increase the professional tourism elderly service personnel training.
