摘　　要：目前,国内生态行政学研究仍属于起步阶段,但已出现既有高度自觉服务于"生态行政学"建构目标,也有日渐丰富且日渐受关注的属于或涉及生态行政学领域的研究成果。生态行政学学科性质判定应在与"行政生态学"等相邻学科比较中进行甄别;生态行政学研究的背景阐释在总体上表现为承接生态思潮及知识兴起和顺应生态治理实践需要的两大方面;研究内容除少量直接以"生态行政"为研究主题之外,主干内容还是以"生态型政府""政府生态管理""政府生态治理""政府生态责任"等为主题或篇名而展开的;研究视野在总体上初步呈现为面向工业社会的管理行政与走向后工业社会的服务行政的两种分殊;研究趋向也体现了从注重学习西方到自觉构建中国特色的生态行政学的本土化努力。At present,the study of ecological administration in China is still at the initial stage.However,it also shows that there exists highly conscious service to the construction goal of"ecological administration",but also it produces more and more concerned research results belonging to or involving the field of ecological administration.The nature of ecological administration should be distinguished from^administrative ecology^.On the whole,the background of the study of ecological administration is manifested in the following two aspects:to accept the ecological trend of thought and the rise of knowledge;and to meet the needs of the practice of ecological governance.Except for a small number of"ecological administration"as the subject of the study,the main contents of the research are to start with themes of"ecotype government","governmental ecological administration","governmental ecological management"and"governmental ecological response".The research field is generally presented with two different branches,the management of industrial society and the administrative and service administration that tend to the post-industrial society.The research trend also reflects the efforts that people have made from highlighting learning from West to establish ecological administration which consciously constructs the Chinese characteristic.
